A friend of yours has just bought a digital camera and wants to start an online photo journal of their life.  What tips would you give them?

For example:
  • Only use images of people who give you permission
  • Never take images which would embarrass you or other people

DON'T PUT ON ANY PERSONAL PHOTOS (SCHOOL,WORK OR ANYTHING ELSE)

BECAUSE THEY COULD FIND YOU!

  • Be sensible with what photos you post on Facebook
  • Dont let anyone force you to post anything you dont want to

  • be sensible with what you post
  • dont be forced to put anything on network sites because it is your choice!

Dont use picture that you will regret putting on

Dont upload pictures that may include personal information.

Dont put pictures on that of other people if they ask you NOT to.

Don't post any revealing pictures online i.e a picture if yourself in your school uniform

  • Don't let anyone force you into taking any pictures that you don't want to
  • Be sensible with who you share them with
  • Don't take any revealing pictures

Basically, dont post any revealing pictures of you or anybody else and always check with the person whose photo you have posted, that they dont mind you using it!! Molly?? xxx

Don't tag people in photo's without their permission (definitely if you have a public account) they might not want to be tagged in a photo anyone could see.
