Staying safe with images

A friend of yours has just bought a digital camera and wants to start an online photo journal of their life. What tips would you give them?

For example:

Only use images of people who give you permission
Never take images which would embarrass you or other people

DON'T PUT ON ANY PERSONAL PHOTOS (SCHOOL,WORK OR ANYTHING ELSE)

BECAUSE THEY COULD FIND YOU!

Dont let anyone force you to post anything you dont want to

dont be forced to put anything on network sites because it is your choice!

Dont use picture that you will regret putting on

Dont upload pictures that may include personal information.

Dont put pictures on that of other people if they ask you NOT to.

Don't tag people in photo's without their permission (definitely if you have a public account) they might not want to be tagged in a photo anyone could see.

Turn off GPS settings
