Year 9's Girls win in netball match
 
Kingdown year 9 girls played a game of netball against St Augustines at home on the 27th of September.
Despite playing with the sun in our eyes. Kingdown pulled it of winning the match 11:8.
 
At the start Kingdown girls were a little rusty but as the match progressed the team grew from strength to strength.
With Antonia Painter scoring well, Summer taking on a position that she doesn't usually play and achieving great interceptions. Also Teagan enthusiastic cheering on the side lines kept us in good spirits.
 
There was great playing on both sides and a good start to the year.
