• Stay friends with people you know
• Don't share to much stuff. You never know who could be looking at it
• Go into your settings and make sure they are all "friends only". Or even "Only Me"

• Try and include numbers and letters.
• Try not to make it obvious
• Take not if your password is strong, good or weak
